Leuluai and Ferres suspended Super League

Leeds Rhinos prop Kylie Leuluai will miss Friday’s Stobart Super League elimination play-off against Catalan Dragons after the RFL Disciplinary Committee banned the prop for one match.

Leuluai was found guilty of committing a Grade B punching offence in the 79th minute of his side’s play-off victory over Wakefield Trinity Wildcats last Saturday.

Huddersfield Giants forward Brett Ferres was also suspended for one match after he was found guilty of committing a Grade B dangerous lift in last Sunday’s play-off defeat to Hull FC.

Both players were fined £300 by the committee.
