Wakefield Trinity Wildcats have been fined £1,000 following crowd trouble at their Good Friday derby with Castleford Tigers.

An independent Rugby Football League operational rules tribunal imposed the fine, which is suspended until the end of 2013, after finding the Wildcats guilty of misconduct.

Wakefield, who lost the match 34-16, have indicated they will not be appealing the decision.
