Wolves boosted by duo's return Super League

Second rower Trent Waterhouse and England forward Ben Harrison are poised to return for Warrington Wolves in Friday’s Super League clash with leaders Huddersfield Giants at the Halliwell Jones Stadium.

Australian Waterhouse has missed the last three games with a lower-back strain, while Harrison has not featured since round one after undergoing a hernia operation.

Huddersfield are unchanged as they look to establish a five-point cushion over the title favourites.

Wolves coach Tony Smith said: “Huddersfield have been the most consistent in their performances so far this year.

“They’ve started the season well, as they have done for the last few years now, and we expect a really tough challenge again on Friday.”
