Match Preview

St Helens are set to give a debut to former Batley forward Alex Walmsley in place of injured Australian prop Josh Perry. Saints are also without utility player Lance Hohaia with a shoulder injury but are hopeful hooker James Roby will return after missing the round-two win over Widnes Vikings with a foot injury.

Hull FC coach Peter Gentle is set to stick with the side that beat Bradford Bulls, with young centre Ben Crooks and veteran half-back Richard Horne keeping their spots. Joe Arundel and Brett Seymour have been included in the Black and Whites’ initial squad after being dropped last week but are unlikely to play.
